Blessed MoonBy night the moon's soft warmth does reach our eyes,Blessed Moon by wuddlesnoogle
revealing the dark places of the cold
and unforgiving, shrouded, frosted fold;
tranquil watcher 'till the sun's arise.
Each pony frolics in the brilliant day
neglecting the gift given by the moon.
For unaware forgone this blessed boon,
desiring the love she freely gave.
Forgotten and alone the moon suffered,
forsaken by the children she loved most.
Let anger fill the void within her breast
'till there was nothing left but hate endeared.
Now envious of the sun's light and grace,
and saddened from her lonely, desperate state,
the moon did scheme to take her rightful place
amongst the skies o'er every ponies' fate.
By love, Luna gave light unto the night.
Only wanting to be just loved outright.
Rainbow PanacheThe ground is so far below, alone, and rainbows streak across the morning sky.Rainbow Panache by wuddlesnoogle
Icy winds sting her eyes as she strains her wings to propel her further than
before, beyond the beads of mist and rain, and through sunlight beams
delight in feeling the freedom of the open air; to savor her most
beloved rush over the force which nails her to reality.
Released from the binds of the waking world
she pushes closer towards sweet golden
dawn rising gently past the horizon;
and onwards as each winter's day
progress into a summer's night.
Warm, and floating so freely
up above our tiny heads,
she knows not pain
and needs no rest.
Only to race,
Oh, you soar
right past our eyes,
and leave us breathless.
With every passing second by,
just to glimpse your vibrant rainbow.
Utterly untouchable by wingless lovers,
yet not entirely nameless in her loyal heart,
diving onwards, despite tears and cries to stop.
To sleep upon an angel's name, is to feel her love.
An invigorating blend o
